Super Saturday!

I am having an amazing Saturday! I started at a local coffee house for an appointment, who was running late. So, I took out my top 100 list and started to reorganize it into areas. Wow! What a difference to know who is local, who is 10 miles away and who is closer to 45 minutes up the freeway. Genius! This allows me to have more clarity when inviting to my events as well as a way to possibly coordinate appointments.


The woman I met with today is fantastic! She has a great view and enthusiasm about her that feels contagious. Her oldest daughter is getting ready for Prom tonight, and as I type they are probably at the hairdressers getting her lovely locks put into a beautiful "do". I also had the pleasure of meeting her younger son, who is a couple of years younger than my daughter. "Annie" was a cold prospect that I met a couple of weeks ago when I popped into her copy shop while making copies of my hormone balancing presentation. It was quiet in the shop, and that offered us an opportunity to chat for a couple of minutes -- I was taken by her upbeat and direct personality immediately! I do believe in being respectful of people being in a place of business, so a quick card, sample of my favorite product, exchange of phone numbers and poof! I'm out the door!!

This morning it was a delight sharing my business opportunity and products with her (and her son -- who looked pretty bored with the whole thing!). She had great questions, and I need to get better at answering some of them more directly. I found myself getting a little lost and redirecting away from her valid quietions. That can lave someone feeling untrusting, and that is the last experience I want a client, or potential business builder to walk away with. So, more studying, more field time, and THAT creates a better presentation -- be it a five minute, 30 minute or party-time class.

I love this business!
